This report summarizes our audit of the Small Business Administration's (SBA) monitoring of insurance coverage for disaster loan recipients. To audit was designed to determine whether the SBA disaster loan servicing centers adequately monitored the coverage of required insurance policies on collateral properties in the disaster loan servicing portfolio, as required by Agency policy and Federal law.
