On December 6, 2011, the OIG issued Final Advisory Memorandum Report 12-04:  Small Business Administration’s Rationale for Excluding Certain Types of Contracts from the Annual Small Business Procurement Calculations Needs to be Documented.   The attached report presents the results of our review of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Rationale for Excluding Certain Types of Contracts from the Annual Small Business Procurement Calculations, with five recommendations.
