In June 1999, the OIG issued Inspection Report 99-06-01, Management Issues in a “Paperless” Environment.  This inspection was initiated as a proactive effort to identify potential problems and to help SBA management successfully transition to a paperless environment.  Based on the security issues identified in the inspection report, the OIG made six recommendations.
