The South Dakota Department of Agriculture (SDDA), the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED), and partners will lead one trade mission and one other international trip from South Dakota to key trading partners during the project. Travel will be to China and Canada and up to 13 small South Dakota businesses will be assisted with STEP funds for these activities. Project partners will also hold at least 4 training sessions during the project period. Training sessions will focus on “Exporting Awareness” and “Export Introductory Programs”. Up to 20 small South Dakota businesses will be assisted.
