Keith: Good evening everyone. We have a developing story. I was a television reporter for 17 years. I had the word 'live" over my head just about every night, my name was right here, and I always carried around one of these note pads. But I eventually decided I wanted to start my own business and that's when I scored. For more on this story let's go to my business partner and wife, Lauren. Lauren?

Lauren: Thanks Keith. Keith and I wanted to start our business. So, we both have strong backgrounds in communications and we started The Flipside Communications here in Scottsdale, Arizona and we offer such services as video production, media relations, and employee communications. We reached out to SCORE for help and SCORE is the resource partner for the Small Business Administration and one of the biggest advantages that we've had from working with SCORE is helping us with our pricing and our SCORE counselors really helped us find that balance. Back to you Keith.

Keith: Thank you Lauren. The most rewarding part? Definitely freedom and let me explain that. I was in a corporate job and the last two years I wasn't extremely happy. When you're determining your own success or failure; that's what I'm talking about when it comes to freedom. We helped out an animal shelter. The animal shelter had a problem. A lot of people weren't adopting animals because they thought something was wrong with dogs or cats and our video helped change perceptions. We've also been doing videos for the Better Business Bureau. We've been warning people about online scams or messages that businesses are getting trying to entice them to spend money.
