Ian's Pizza

Ian's Pizza has been growing rapidly over the past year. It all started here at the Frances Street location in 2001. They recently have adopted a movie theme and have created some parody posters as signage for the store. The State Street location just moved into its new location right across the street from the old one. A business that has spawned off of this store is the graphic and web design company called With Gusto.

The Milwaukee store recognizes a customer of the month each month and the aesthetic of the store is right at home on the east side of Milwaukee. At Ian's we believe in open book financing, so we keep track of stats on our OBF boards. One thing we have been starting in Milwaukee is an effort to go green and compost all green waste. Recently we started offering bread sticks and in Milwaukee we have vegan nights on Tuesday with new things like vegan cheese and vegan pepperoni. We are developing relationships with local businesses like Sweetwater Organics and in Madison they get tasty ingredients fresh from the farmer's market. We always love the opportunity to get feedback from Ian, himself.
