Hi my name is Margaret Hernandez. I am an entrepreneur and the owner of the ANROMA group.
In December 2008, I met Nicole Kinney of the Inland Empire Women's Business Center, who changed my life forever. It was at the Corona Public Library here in Corona, California where I attended a workshop called 'Starting a Business inCorona." From that point forward I utilized the free resources offered to me by the IWEBC, Nicole Kinney became my business counselor and she gave me everything that a new business owner and entrepreneur needed and that's accountability and guidance. At the age of twenty-seven I was among the youngest and the least experienced of all my peers, but thanks to Nicole and the IEWBC they gave me every tool I needed to build a strong foundation, because now four years later I am a mentor and a resource to other business owners. I am blessed to have met Nicole Kinney and to be a part of the amazing IEWBC program because without them, I don't believe that AROMA would be where we are today. The most rewarding aspect about being a business owner is the ability to give back in time and resources. I am able to work with at risk youth, women in need and to offer my help to other entrepreneurs and start up businesses. This year I am looking forward to hiring new people, utilizing the services of other small businesses and just taking another huge leap. On behalf of my family, who stuck by me through the darkest of entrepreneur hours, we thank Nicole Kinney, the IEWBC and the SBA for all that you made happen. Thanks again from socializela.com home of ANROMA.
