Honolulu, HI – What does SBA offer to small business owners? The programs are many and varied, and the qualifications for each can be specific. So far this fiscal year, SBA has supported almost $23 million in lending to small businesses in the Hawaii District and we’re prepared to provide more assistance to local companies ready to grow.  Watch for SBA Resource Day in Pearl City on March 8, 2018.

Take advantage of this free opportunity to meet one-on-one for a 30-minute confidential consultation with an SBA representative who will help you cut through the red tape, navigate and explain SBA programs and resources available to you.  Ask us about our various loan programs including:

  • Loans for working capital – SBA Express, Export Express and Veterans Advantage Programs;
  • Long-term financing to purchase or renovate business real estate or major equipment – the SBA 504 Loan Program; and
  • Government contracting certifications and assistance – SBA’s 8(a) Business Development & Other Government Contracting Programs

In coordination with Central Pacific Bank (CPB), one of our participating lenders, an experienced SBA specialist will be available for a 30-minute confidential consultation on Thursday, March 8, 2018, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at CPB at 1030 Makolu Street in Pearl City.  Appointments are required and scheduled by SBA. Walk-ins may be accepted if time allows.  To register, visit www.sba.gov/hi and click on the Events Calendar.  For more information, you can call (808) 541-2990 x 211, or e-mail mary.dale@sba.gov.
