Boise, Idaho – Al Youngwerth, Joe DeGano and Alison Kelsey of Rekluse Motor Sports located in Boise, Idaho, have been named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2012 National Small Business Exporter of the Year. This is the first time a small business in Idaho has been recognized with this national award.

Founded in 2002 by Al Youngwerth, Rekluse Motor Sports is the motorcycle industry leader in clutch performance technology and innovation.  Rekluse has given racers and race teams a distinct advantage in winning numerous world and national championship titles in multiple racing disciplines worldwide.  Rekluse products are engineered, developed and manufactured at their headquarters in Boise, Idaho, with distribution throughout North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.  Currently, Rekluse has 35 full-time employees in their new manufacturing facility.

Al Youngwerth, Joe DeGano and Alison Kelsey will be honored by the SBA at the National Small Business Week ceremonies in Washington, D.C. on May 20 – 22, 2012.  They will also be recognized at the Idaho World Trade Day Awards Luncheon in Boise on May 2, 2012.
