SBA and Commonwealth Corp. Announce Strategic Alliance to Ensure Access to Entrepreneurial Education and Training

BOSTON — SBA Massachusetts District Director Robert Nelson announced a formal strategic alliance with the Commonwealth Corporation today.  

“We’re joining forces with Commonwealth Corporation to expand the SBA’s reach within the workforce development and underemployed communities” said Bob Nelson, Massachusetts SBA District Director. “As a leader in education and training, Commonwealth Corporation connects program participants with pathways to success.  Entrepreneurship can be one of those pathways – so we want to raise awareness about our network of resource providers and education to help anyone succeed in business ownership. ”

Today, we’re excited to announce this strategic alliance as part of the ReConvene Series – bringing together workforce development, business, and government leaders to share insights, challenges, best practices, and strategies that are redefining the region’s workforce.
