HARTFORD, CT – Carla Bartolucci, President & CEO of Euro-USA Trading/Jovial Foods of No. Stonington, CT has been named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2017 Connecticut Small Business Person of the Year, SBA’s top award, according to an announcement made by Anne Hunt, SBA’s District Director.
