Pop! Promos is a full service supplier of Pantone matched promotional products. The company has a highly customizable line of products and offer some of the best design options in the promotional products industry. A supplier of promotional products, Pop! Promos works with distributors to deliver custom products to companies around the world. In 2014 the firm received its current SBA-guaranteed line of credit through Citizens Bank.

“It’s wonderful to have the privilege to recognize the achievements of leading Pennsylvania young entrepreneurs and their businesses, like Sterling’s Pop! Promos,” said Antonio (Tony) Leta, U.S. SBA Eastern Pennsylvania Director. “Small businesses like these are where the rubber meets the road, helping drive our nation’s economy. I’m proud that SBA and our lending and resource partners, like Citizen’s Bank, have a role to play in helping them start and succeed.”

Young professionals President Sterling Wilson and CEO Erin Reilly grew up as best friends and went to boarding school together. Since its inception in 2012, the company has already outgrown three Philadelphia offices. Along the way, Wilson and Reilly have hired many young professionals, expanded to 16 product lines, opened offices in China and India, and plan to expand even further.  In fact, the company will happily send their products to any company in need of custom promotional products in their specific colors. Pop! Promos also recently opened a new 8,000 sq. ft. office in the heart of Northern Liberties, Philadelphia.

“While other promotional product suppliers may only offer stock options, which forces companies with unique colors to pay higher fees for their products, Pop! Promos offers the same products in any Pantone color without those fees in the same amount of time.” Pop! Promos President Sterling Wilson. “It’s great to be recognized by a federal agency like this, the SBA-backed line of credit from Citizen’s Bank helped Erin and I achieve our entrepreneurial goals.”

“Pop! Promos has seen steady growth in head count, sales, profitability and balance sheet strength,” Pop! Promos CEO Erin Reilly said. Reilly and Wilson believe the growth of the firm can be attributed to a growing customer base, continually expanding product line and fiscally sound spending restraints. “We’re honored that SBA would choose to award us and our firm as the SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year,” Reilly said.

“I was so pleased to nominate Erin and Sterling and it’s great to see them win,” said Pop! Promos Director of Marketing Kelly Shermer. “They both have the true spirit of entrepreneurship.”

SBA Eastern Pennsylvania Director Antonio (Tony) Leta presents the 2016 Small Business Week Awards at the annual “SBA Day at the Ballpark” event June 8. The event is open to the media. Philadelphia” restaurant at 1100 Pattison Ave. (tickets available: www.xfinityLive.com/SBADay) followed by a 1:05 p.m. Phillies game at nearby Citizens Bank Park (tickets available: www.phillies.com/sbaday). SBA’s Eastern Pennsylvania Young Entrepreneur of the Year award winner is selected annually from among nominees located across Pennsylvania’s eastern 40 counties.
