Honolulu, HI – What does SBA offer to small business owners? The programs are many and varied, and the qualifications for each can be specific. In the first five months of fiscal year 2018, SBA has supported more than $25 million in lending to small businesses in the Hawaii District. SBA is prepared to provide more financial assistance to local companies ready to grow.  That could be you!

Come to the SBA Resource Day at American Savings Bank in Kapolei on March, 29, 2018,  to build the platform for greater success in your small business venture.

Take advantage of this free opportunity to meet one-on-one for a 30-minute confidential consultation with an SBA representative who will help you cut through the red tape, explain SBA programs and resources available to you and move forward with confidence.  Ask us about our various loan programs including:

  • Loans for working capital – SBA Express, Export Express and Veterans Advantage Programs;
  • Long-term financing to purchase or renovate business real estate or major equipment – the SBA 504 Loan Program; and
  • Government contracting certifications and assistance – SBA’s 8(a) Business Development & Other Government Contracting Programs

In coordination with American Savings Bank (ASB), one of our participating lenders, an experienced SBA specialist will be available for a 30-minute confidential consultation on Thursday, March 29, 2018, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at ASB, 888 Wakea Street

Appointments are required and scheduled by SBA. Walk-ins may be accepted if time allows.  To register, visit and click on the Events Calendar.  For more information, you can call (808) 541-2990 x 211, or e-mail
