Webster Five Awarded Lender of the Quarter for Q2 of FY19

BOSTON – Webster Five Cents Savings Bank has been awarded the Small Business Lender of the Quarter for the 2nd quarter of fiscal year 2019 for their excellent lending activity.

The bank made 7 loans in the second quarter of FY19 for $875,000 - a 350% increase by units and 1,261% increase by dollar amount from the first quarter in FY19. The increased lending activity had propelled their ranking from 43rd to 20th at the end of the second quarter in FY19 as of 3/31.
