August 29, 1996 - Letter to Greg Watchman, Deputy Assistant Secretary, OSHA, confirming receipt of August 16, 1996 letter to Jere Glover pursuant to Section 244 of the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act, 5 U.S.C. 609(b), that OSHA has developed a proposed rule to protect workers from occupational exposure to tuberculosis and that the initial regulatory flexibility analysis indicates that the rule may have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities.
