Am I a loan-out business or an independent contractor with an LLC?

I have worked as an independent contractor in media production for three years and last year registered my LLC for tax purposes (which I now hire myself out as). I occasionally am booked on projects that last weeks and was wondering, in terms of both taxes and the employee/employer relationship, whether I counted as an IC with an LLC or if I was technically a loan-out business, and if I was a loan-out business, whether I needed to file anything or register myself differently somehow? There doesn't seem to be a lot of information out there for this situation and for my field. Thank you!
