Hello. My Name is Eva L Rodriguez.
I run a home base business, as a Freelance Immigration Certified Paralegal. My services, offer to the community are Document Services. Translation and Notary Services, and assistance in helping the community find Public Resource. As a Freelance Paralegal I am very limited in what, I can and can not do. I proved a contract to my clients, as a agreement of what, services I will be providing. I do not work for a Immigration attorney or give legal advise or attend immigration courts. I am a member of a non-funded org for immigrants right. I do assist may of my clients to attend any attorney appointments for translation. My question would be as a small home base business owner who, has nothing to do with The Department of Homeland Security and do not work for them. Or attend any immigration courts or appeals. My services are use with the USCIS PUBLIC RESOURCE PROVIDED TO THE PUBLIC. I in no way or form violate Fed, Law and statues. I am certified and did pay for my education. As I did some resource on line on the fed, law my understanding was if I am not a part of immigration or work for them and as a small home business owner. Have the right to answer any question to the Attorney Counsel General, as I am not part of the fed, immigration employee. If The attorney Counsel is hired to comply with, in the fed, system based on any issues. I am at this time getting calls and being asked question, from a General Counsel who, continues to insist that, I am in code of violation. Which I am not in anyway or form. Regular Notary that are filling out petitions are not telling the truth. They do not fill in the area that they assist with the petition. I on the other hand I do fill the G-28 form as a certified Freelance Immigration Paralegal providing services with filling out Petitions, and proved a interpreting service for them. I really feel that, I should not have to answer to him. So is there a way I get some information on what a small home based business rights are.
