How should this be handled?

Thank you in advance to anyone who reads and tries to help me. I am not a business owner and understand very little. I have been reading on your website to learn more, but still had a few questions. My fiance and his best friend have a business partnership. Since they are in the startup phase, the majority of the profit goes back into the business. I own my own house. When my fiance decided to start the business I told him he could live with me so he could save his salary(lack there of) to pay on his student loans. I recently found out that his business partner is using the business credit card to take his girlfriend out to dinners and buying her clothes. I complained to my fiance and he said he was going to talk to him. After that, I found out that his 'business partner' is taking money from the business to pay his and his gf's rent, utilities, baby stuff. This money could be considered a salary, yet my fiance is not getting an amount even close to what his partner is taking out. I love my fiance but he is a very shy and a non confrontational person. This is why he is being taken advantage of by his so called 'friend'. He works so hard and has nothing to show for it. Does anyone have advice that I could share with him? It would be nice if there were some legal/tax reasons that these things needed to stop. Thank you again!
