Insurance for family - husband has business w/one employee, wife has another business w/one employee

I have a family of 6 - me, my husband and 4 kids. We want to get health insurance for our family. We both own our own separate businesses and each has one employee, so we fall into the small business category of the new insurance requirements. Does anyone have any input as to how we can get the best coverage for the best price? Not sure if we need two different services or if we can fall under one umbrella? Do we have to offer our employees insurance?
