I am starting a business where I offer two different services- Personalized Photo Videos and Graphic Art services. The Photo videos, I create them using one's photos from their experiences and memories and they can have it set to notations running throughout and music if desired. The graphic art services, which I like to call Messages in a Bottle, because to create these after purchasing the bottled product, I remove the front and back labels from the product, which has already been purchased, then have any message the comsumer wants appear inside the bottled product. With that being said, here are my concerns. Before I conduct any business I want to make sure that what I am set out to do is legal and wont interfere with any copyright laws or manufacture's laws. Q#1: Is it legal for me to use my personal music collection depicted throughout the Photo Videos I create? Q#2: Is it legal for me to remove labels off of products after they have been purchased, then charge consumers for only my graphic services and not the product itself?
