Limits for loans on businesses that may cause health issues?

I was going to see about getting a business loan to expand my company and my co-founder told me that the government limits loans on things such as alcohol, cigarettes, firearms, tanning booths, or other items/products which could be classified as having adverse health effects.
Is there any truth to this? Thanks
EDIT: Just FYI, we do in fact own a tanning bed distribution company called Sun Capsule. We are in good standing with the IRS and operate a legit business. I am just concerned about the type of business it is.
