Not sure where to go with this, so I will start here...
We are an OH based company and hiring a project mgrs to do work on a project for our client in TX; however, these PMs are located in seven other States (CA\CO\IN\GA\NJ\MA\TX). I need to know what steps i need to take to get started as far as registering to do 'business' in their States even though we won't have an office there (just her home). Also, what taxes, etc., need to be deducted. This is getting complicated, especially with all the different tax and labor laws! :( ANY help would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!
