Every business focuses on a “Unique Selling Point (USP)” used to attract customers and set themselves apart from their competition. Many factors such as price, service, product/service exclusivity, and location help create this USP. An often overlooked, but very important part of a business’s image, is the colors used to support the message and brand signified by the USP. Also, the colors used in business facilities can also have a favorable or unfavorable impact on the productivity of the company’s staff. This workshop will look at how consumers and others are affected by colors in the workplace. To connect to the Web conference, go to www.connectmeeting.att.com, enter Meeting Number 888-844-9904 and Access Code 6645489. To connect to the audio by phone, dial 888-844-9904 and enter the Access Code above. If you experience problems getting on the session, please contact Sheri Weston in the North Dakota SBA office at 701-239-5131 x.210 or sheri.weston@sba.gov.
