Subject: SBAR Panel for Lead: Renovation Repair and Painting Program for Public and Commercial Buildings
Dear Mr. Cristofaro:
The Office of Advocacy (Advocacy) has received your December 16, 2010, formal notification regarding the Small Business Advocacy Review Panel (Panel) for the forthcoming regulatory proposal, “Lead: Renovation Repair and Painting Program for Public and Commercial Buildings.”
Advocacy concurs with the list of SERs that EPA provided. We also recommend the addition of the following people, some of whom are trade association representatives, and some individual small business owners.
We look forward to completing the discussion of panel outreach materials and the convening date.
