The Small Business Advocate - April 2014
The April 2014 issue of The Small Business Advocate features a visit by Chief Counsel for Advocacy Dr. Winslow Sargeant to Fargo, North Dakota, for the Small Business Innovations Summit. While there, he met with many small business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors, and discussed how innovation and creativity are thriving in the state.
