Business Planning For Success

Are you starting a business or have an established business? Do you have a business plan? A well written business plan is essential to let lenders, management, as well as yourself, understand where the business is headed and how it will get there. In this workshop, we will explain the purpose, structure and requirements of a winning business plan.  

This workshop is taught by Barbara Ellerbrook, MHR. Barb is a mentor and Chapter President of Score Lexington, with 11+ years of mentoring experience. She has a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
