Understanding Your Business Financials For Non-Accountants

This workshop is designed for business owners and managers who are not bookkeepers/accountants to better manage their businesses.

Participants will learn the importance of good record keeping and develop a better understanding of the balance sheet, income statement, ratios, and how this fits together.
