Boots to Business: Reboot is an entrepreneurial education program offered to veterans by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in partnership with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse Unversity (IVMF). The program provides assistance to veterans exploring self-employment opportunities by leading them through the key steps for evaluating business concepts and the foundational knowledge required for developing a business plan. Participants are also introduced to SBA resources available to help access start-up capital and additional technical assistance. All honorably discharged veterans and their spouses are eligible for the program. This will be a two-day class, from 8:30 - 4:00 each day. Lunch on your own. Boots to Business: Reboot is a prerequisite for a free 8-week online course that participants may elect to take sometime following this two-day course.
