We'll be looking at two retirement plans that are easy to operate and have significant tax advantages, SEP and SIMPLE IRA plans both hold participants' retirement assets in traditional IRAs. You fund SEPs with employer contributions. SIMPLE IRA plans provide for both employer and employee contributions
