Issues to be addressed include: . A general discussion of the process for developing detailed, time-phased and budgeted plan. . An example of applying this process toward the development of a plan for opening your business. . A discussion of the requirements for complying with government regulations and licensing. . An overview of small business management requirements. . An introduction to financial record keeping and the development of financial projections. The cost data that you collect in this phase of the planning process, along with cost and revenue estimates developed during Business Plan II, will become the inputs to the financial analysis to be addressed in the next workshop.
