About Call One:

Business communications and collaboration technology is continuously changing and can be very overwhelming. How do you keep up with all the changes and more importantly, how do you know which technology is best for your business?

Bill Mays and Dottie O’Daniel Mays started Call One, Inc. back in 1987 out their modest two-bedroom home to help people do their business better. Initially Call One, Inc. supported customers by helping them select the right Plantronics, GN Netcom, Unex or ACS headsets for use in their offices, call centers and dispatch centers. Additionally, they provided headset repair services and all available accessories to help customers extend the life of their headsets.

Bill & Dottie believe in the fundamental principle that people do business with people.

Their belief and passion to help people do their business better carried them through three decades, the 9/11 tragedy, The Great Recession and multiple hurricane evacuations. Today Call One, Inc. supports over seventy families and, in some cases, multiple generations here on the Space Coast (Brevard County Florida). A very cool part of being headquartered in Cape Canaveral, FL besides proximity to the beaches are all the awesome rocket launches!

Call One, Inc. now helps thousands of organizations in multiple industries; BPOs (Contact Centers), Financial, Insurance, Cable/Media/TV, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Transportation/Shipping, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, and Government (Federal, State, Local) across the United States.

People have many questions about what communications and collaboration technology is best fit for their offices, contact centers, remote workers, mobile teams, conference rooms, huddle rooms, fleets, warehouses, and all their working environments.

Our five-step proven process (Discovery, Identify, Guide, Fulfill and Ongoing Commitment) along with our vast network of manufacturers, vendors and partners give us access to billions of dollars’ worth of resources along with Subject Matter Experts to support you with business communications and collaboration: Hardware, Software, Cloud and Services.

As a Nationally Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), Call One, Inc. can help satisfy Supplier Diversity goals and objectives.

Bill Mays passed on August 15, 2018, and sadly, Dottie O’Daniel Mays passed on April 1, 2021. Their son Stephen Mays and daughter-in-law took ownership in May 2021. On June 1, 2021, Dawn Mays was appointed CEO and Stephen Mays, President. They remind us that Call One, Inc. is more than one person. It is all the people (Call One, Inc. employees) who show up every day because they believe in the fundamental principle that people do business with people and our passion is to help people do their business better.
