This workshop will include a comprehensive discussion of the most critical and expensive mistakes small business owner’s make, that put them in financial, legal and sometimes criminal trouble. Many of these mistakes are inadvertent, but the consequences are real and severe and can impact their personal assets.
As a small business owner himself, and having represented many small business owners, Attorney Bellenot and Bellenot & Boufford, LLC have seen entrepreneurs suffer devastating consequences because they simply were uninformed. This presentation is intended to inform, with the goal of preventing your business from falling victim to these mistakes.

Presenter: Ronald Bellenot
Ronald K. Bellenot, Sr. has been practicing law in Connecticut for more than 30 years, the last 26 years with his partner Kathy Criscuolo Boufford. He became a founding partner of the Law Offices of Bellenot & Boufford, LLC after graduating from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1989. Ron has extensive experience working with small business owners, helping them properly structure their business activities to accommodate and protect their personal and family assets.
