Detailed Description: As small employers, we establish business and get to the business of our work but there are potential liabilities that can cost us. Despite being established at the beginning of the 1970s many employers do not find out about the requirements of the Occupational Safety & Health Administration until they have received a visit or a “Fix and Fax” letter from the agency. In this webinar, you will be introduced to the agency, the Code of Federal Regulations (safety standards) and the most frequently cited standards for your industry.
