and
View MapThis important USDA program has benefited many producers throughout the Puget Sound region with working capital grant amounts ranging from less than $50,000 up to $250,000. The VAPG program helps agricultural producers enter into value-added activities related to the processing and marketing of new products.
Carlotta Donisi, USDA Rural Development Business & Cooperative Programs Specialist, will provide an overview presentation of the entire program, how it works, and how to prepare an application. Melissa Moeller of Misty Meadows Farm, and a VAPG recipient and trainer, will team with Carlotta to answer your questions about the VAPG application process. And it's free to attend!
