About This Session This workshop covers the basic elements that one must consider in having your own food and beverage business. A primer on developing and managing any small business, this key workshop provides critical materials and a step-by-step process for understanding yourcosts and good management practices. During the workshop you will be introduced to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly management tools to provide meaningful financial information and make sound business decisions. The format is a combination of presentations and discussion. Presenter Sally Wilson is a SCORE counselor with over 30 years experience in the food an beverage business. She has owned and operated a 30-room country inn with a fine dining restaurant and a brew pub. Sally started and currently manages the Hanover Farmers Market Fee The fee for this workshop is $30.
