Join us for an upcoming in-person seminar—also available via live Zoom—featuring expert speakers from the SBA and Hyl Conte Law PLLC. This session is designed to help entrepreneurs better understand and access funding opportunities to grow or acquire a business.

Topics will include an overview of SBA loan programs (Microloans, 7(a), and 504), guidance on using SBA financing to purchase an existing business, and key legal and tax considerations such as succession planning. Attendees will also gain insight into lender expectations and how to become “application ready” when seeking financing.
