The Office of Advocacy has released the January 2016 edition of its newsletter, The Small Business Advocate. This edition highlights Advocacy's new Chief Counsel Darryl L. DePriest, who was sworn in to office on January 4.
The newsletter also announces the release of our annual publication, the Report on the Regulatory Flexibility Act, FY 2015, and the release of the Annual Report of the Office of Economic Research, FY 2015.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is amending regulations related to certain employment-based high-skilled permanent (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) and temporary (H-1B) visa programs.
