SBA form 2288

Interim Lender Certification

If an Interim Lender is used in coordination with a 504 loan, this certification must be completed by Interim Lender.

One of the conditions for the 504 Loan is that Interim Lender executes this Interim Lender Certification not more than 60 days prior to debenture funding. Form 2288 is required for 504 loan closing.
