Interim Lender Certification for Refinanced Loan

Complete this certification if an Interim Lender is used on a 504 Debt Refinance loan.

One of the conditions for the 504 Loan is that Interim Lender executes this Interim Lender Certification not more than 60 days prior to debenture funding. Form 2288R is required for 504 debt refinance loan closing.
