SBA Helps Entrepreneurs Become ‘Start-up Business Smart’

EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA – The U.S. Small Business Administration Eastern Pennsylvania District Office offers its free “Start-Up Business Smart” half-day business education workshops to new and aspiring entrepreneurs in Bucks County and surrounding communities. The free events are Wednesday, Feb. 22, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesday, March 8, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Both workshops are presented at  PA CareerLink, Bucks County Office Center, in Bristol, PA.

“SBA is committed to making our communities economically stronger,” said Antonio (Tony) Leta, Director of SBA’s Eastern Pennsylvania District. “Our programs and facilitators educate and empower businesses and entrepreneurs, assisting them in turning their ideas into reality.”

WHAT: FREE “Start-Up Business Smart” workshops for new and aspiring entrepreneurs in Bucks County and surrounding communities. Participants learn the basics of business startup from concept to launch, the essentials of becoming credit-ready, and how and where to find additional small business support and education resources in their local community.

WHEN: Wednesday, February 22, 1 to 3 p.m. and Wednesday, March 8, 3 to 5 p.m.
