SBA offers “Discovering How to Sell to the Federal Government” with Kutztown University SBDC in Reading, Pa.

READING, Pa. – The U.S. Small Business Administration Eastern Pennsylvania District Office offers two workshops, “How to Sell to the Federal Government” Nov. 7 and “Federal Contracting Certifications” Nov. 14, hosted by Kutztown University Small Business Development Center and the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry.  Both workshops will discuss the basics of federal government contracting at the Berks County Community Foundation, 237 Court St., Reading, Pa.   

“The government buys nearly $500 billion in goods and services every year. If you are a small business owner and are considering selling your products or services to the government, these two free workshops will help you understand if the government market is right for your business and how to get started,” said Jennifer Tilden, Lead Business Opportunity Specialist for SBA’s Eastern Pennsylvania District.

WHAT: “How to Sell to the Federal Government” Class. Are there opportunities to sell your products and services to the government? Get information about how to sell your products or services to the federal government. Learn the steps it takes to get in the door and get sales in the government marketplace.
