HARTFORD, CT – Joyce & Jerado Reynolds, President & CEO of Reynolds Welding and Fabrication in Windsor, CT have been named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2019 Connecticut Small Business Persons of the Year, SBA’s top award, according to an announcement made by Anne Hunt, SBA’s District Director.

Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has issued a proclamation announcing National Small Business Week, which recognizes the critical contributions of America's entrepreneurs and small business owners.
