NE 14070-01 SBA Disaster Assistance Available to Nebraska Private, Nonprofit Organizations

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Low-interest federal disaster loans are now available to certain private, nonprofit organizations (PNPs) in Nebraska, following President Obama’s federal disaster declaration for Public Assistance (PA) as a result of severe storms, tornadoes, straight-line winds and flooding that occurred June 14 ‑ 21, 2014, announced Maria Contreras-Sweet, Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration. PNPs that provide essential services of a governmental nature are eligible for assistance.

SBA disaster assistance is now available in the Nebraska counties of Cedar, Cuming, Dakota, Dixon, Franklin, Furnas, Harlan, Kearney, Phelps, Stanton, Thurston and Wayne.
