Rodney Grzadzieleski, district director of the U.S. Small Business Administration Boise District Office, is responsible for the delivery of SBA's programs and services throughout the 34 counties in southern Idaho and six counties in eastern Oregon. Grzadzieleski oversees a staff of nine who promote access to capital, federal procurement opportunities and business development assistance in cooperation through more than 37 area lenders, six Small Business Development Centers, two SCORE Chapters and one Women's Business Center.
Grzadzieleski joined the SBA in 1991 and served as the deputy district director for three years and has worked in every SBA district program. Prior to joining the Boise District Office, Grzadzieleski was regional director for the Idaho Small Business Development Center at Boise State University and College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, where he provided counseling and training to the small business community. Grzadzieleski has also owned and operated several small businesses, including four retail stores and one wholesale business.
He has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Boise State University. Rod and his wife, Nancy, live in Boise.
