Instructions for Accessing CLS

  1.       Existing users have all of their previous access at https://caweb.sba.gov/cls/dsp_login.cfm.
  2.       New User Set Up Directions

Set Up for New CLS Users (Never Had a GLS or CLS Account)

  1.       Identify the email address for your organization’s authorizing official.
  2.       Request a new account at https://caweb.sba.gov/cls/dsp_login.cfm.
    1.       Select “Partner”
    2.       Enter the authorizing official’s first and last name or email address in the supervisor section
    3.        Press the submit button.
  3.       You will receive an email verifying your email address, you must respond within 48 hours.
  4.       After the account is approved by the authorizing official (they will have 48 hours from your request), the SBA One Program Office and the CLS security team, you will receive an email from cls@sba.gov when your request has been granted.

 

        3.      All lenders will have to sign up two authorizing officials. The directions are listed below.

 

  1.      New CLS Users Requesting Authorizing Official Role

The authorizing official is responsible for approving partner accounts and recertifying the accounts bi-annually. To create an authorizing official, follow the instructions below:

  1.       Request a new account at https://caweb.sba.gov/cls/dsp_login.cfm.
    1.       Select “Partner” for user type
    2.       Select “Authorizing Official”
      1. If you are the first authorizing official for a location id, submit the request and send an email to CLS@SBA.gov with subject “Authorizing Official Approval Request”.
      2. If there is/are authorizing official(s) associated with the location id in your profile, select authorizing official as an option. For the supervisor portion of the user profile, enter one of the approved authorizing officials.
    3.        Press the submit button.
  2.       You will receive an email verifying your email address, you must respond within 48 hours.
  3.       You will receive an email from cls@sba.gov when your request has been granted.

                                                                        

     B.     Existing CLS Users Requesting Authorizing Official Role

 

  1.       Send an email to CLS@SBA.gov with subject “Authorizing Official Approval Request”.
  2.       You will receive an email from cls@sba.gov when your request has been granted.
