For over 25 years, Aging Well Care Management, LLC, owner and certified care manager, Michelle Spencer has worked for a skilled nursing facilities as a unit social worker and discharge planner.  Eventually, becoming the director of social work.  Though, in December of 2018, Michelle found herself unemployed due to staffing layoffs.
