The Seattle District Office serves Washington State and Northern Idaho through two offices located in Seattle and Spokane. The Seattle District Office serves most of Western Washington and the Spokane Branch Office serves Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

Services Available
Over the years, the SBA has developed many small business loan and assistance programs, special outreach efforts and initiatives to aid and inform small businesses. The following describes briefly some of the many services and information available through this office:
- Free or low-cost counseling, business advising, and training through our network of business experts
- SCORE provides free advice, information, and low-cost training through experienced volunteer mentors who have walked in your shoes.
- Washington Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides free business advising and low-cost or free training through their network of certified business advisors located in over 25 locations across Washington
- Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) provides veterans and their families with free business advising and training to you start and grow your business.
- The Seattle District office has three women’s business centers to help women start and grow their businesses through free or low-cost business advising and training:
- Washington Women’s Business Center in Seattle
- Washington Center for Women in Business in Lacey
- Women’s Business Center Inland Northwest in Spokane.
- Financial assistance for new or existing businesses through guaranteed loans made by area bank and non-bank lenders.
- Special loan programs are available for businesses involved in international trade.
- Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) helps small businesses identify contracting opportunities with the federal government and assists with navigating registration and certification processes.
