SBA 7(a) Workouts
October 25, 2016 - 11:00 a.m. Eastern

Let’s face it! No lender likes to liquidate their business loans, but businesses do from time to time run into issues which can only be handled through liquidation and litigation. When a lender has an SBA loan needing liquidated, it can seem like a daunting task, but in reality, it can be handled as any normal liquidation process. SBA has clarified its guidance regarding prudent liquidation of a SBA loan and how litigation is to be handled. Join the WV District Office and SBA District Counsel Ashley Hou to discuss workouts, liquidation and litigation of SBA guaranteed loans.
