Determining the Value of a Business (Click HERE to Register)
August 15, 2017 – 11:00 a.m. Eastern

Determining the value of a business is the key component to the analysis of any loan application for a change of ownership. An accurate business appraisal is required because the change in ownership results in new debt unrelated to business operations and potentially the creation of intangible assets.

Join us for this training to learn about SBA business appraisal requirements as well as the valuation process to include cash flow anaylsis and valuation multiples. During the training session, SBA's WVDO and Neal Patel of Reliant Business Valuation review actual business case studies.

In this webinar, Ethan Smith of Starfield & Smith, P.C., walks participants through the SBA's requirements for properly documenting a borrower's equity injection and will provide tips and advice for how to avoid some of the most common equity injection pitfalls.
