What the SBA Looks for in Equity Injections - Hosted by the Arkansas District Office
September 19, 2017 - 10:00 a.m. Eastern

Lenders and the SBA want to see borrowers with some “skin in the game”, but sometimes a lender’s definition of equity injection doesn’t match up with the SBA’s SOP guidelines. Since one of the leading reasons for repair or even denial of a purchase request occurs when the lender can’t verify proper equity injection, this is one webinar you will NOT want to miss.

This month Herb Lawrence, ARDO Lender Relations Specialist will discuss how the SBA defines equity, how lenders should document injection, and how to avoid mistakes that could jeopardize your guaranty.

Join us Tuesday, September 19th, at 9:00 a.m. CST for a simple set of “tools” to help commercial lenders make good equity decisions.

The presentation will be recorded and made available along with slides after the webinar for attendees.

No registration required.
