About Office of Intergovernmental Affairs

The Office of Intergovernmental Affairs (IGA) is located in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. and works with a variety of stakeholders across the country.  IGA aims to connect city, town, county, and state governments with federal resources so each entity can better support the needs of small business owners.  Much of this work centers on reducing barriers and streamlining processes an entrepreneur must navigate to start and run a business.
