Mr. Raymond Milano, Deputy Associate Administrator, Office of Veterans Business Development

Mr. Raymond E. Milano currently serves as the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Veterans Business Development (OVBD).

Mr. Milano been part of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) team since 1999 and his various roles and responsibilities have provided him with a well-rounded depth of knowledge and understanding of SBA programs and services. 

In his role as Deputy Associate Administrator, Mr. Milano assists the OVBD team in formulation, implementation and administration of policies and programs that equip veterans, service members, including members of the National Guard and Reserve, and military spouses with mentoring, training, access to capital, and contracting opportunities. 

Previous to his current post, Mr. Milano was the Director of the Veterans Business Outreach Center Program.  As VBOC Director, Mr. Milano managed a network of twenty Veterans Business Outreach Centers, located throughout the U.S., which provide entrepreneurial training, counseling and mentoring to veterans and their family members.

Mr. Milano is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and a United States Marine Corps veteran.
